Applying for a grant

Would you like to apply for a Small Charities Challenge Fund (SCCF) Project Grant or SCCF Capacity Development Grant?
Don’t forget to read all the guidance available on both these grant types, located on their individual pages on the website.


How to apply

If you are new to applying for a grant with us, please register first and then follow the prompts. If you have applied for a UK Aid Direct / SCCF grant previously, select ‘Apply’ in the Current Grant Windows box below and login as you would have done previously.

About UK Aid Direct grants

  • SCCF Project Grants is a rolling funding opportunity whereby applications are reviewed on a 6-monthly basis and can be submitted at any stage. The next review date is 28 November 2019.
  • There are six SCCF Capacity Development Grants available for organisations who can build the capacity of small British charities working in international development. This is a one-off opportunity and the closing date for submission is 28 November 2019.
